By booking a service with MittenCleaningCo, you agree to the following terms.
Services
MittenCleaningCo provides residential cleaning services in the Metro Detroit area. Pricing is based on the size and condition of your home. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the home requires significantly more effort than estimated. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for any reason.
SMS Text Messaging
By providing your phone number when booking a service, you consent to receive automated text messages from MittenCleaningCo related to your appointments, including booking confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notifications, and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies based on your bookings, typically 3-5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will be charged 50% of the booking price.
Payment
All billing is handled electronically via Stripe. Your payment method will be saved on file and charged after each cleaning. A hold may be placed on your card 24 hours before your appointment to verify funds. A valid payment method is required to maintain service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours with details of the issue and we will return to make it right.
Non-Solicitation
You agree not to directly hire, contract, or solicit any MittenCleaningCo cleaner or contractor during service and for two (2) years after. Violation of this agreement will result in a $1,000 penalty.
